The Consumer Privacy Rights Fund supports projects that relate to the preservation or promotion of privacy rights of consumers or residents.
The Consumer Privacy Rights Fund has recently funded projects that relate to patient privacy or medical privacy issues in California.
Patient and medical privacy grantmaking was enabled by Rodriguez et al. v. NDCHealth Corporation et al. Cy Pres Fund, U.S. District Court, Central District of California, Case No. CV 10-3522-VBF (FMOx)

Funding Board
