Review Deadlines

The California Watershed Protection Fund has two grant cycles per year.

Spring/Summer Grant Cycle

• Letter of inquiry due February 15
• Full proposal (if invited) due April 1
• Grant decision in May

Fall/Winter Grant Cycle

• Letter of inquiry due August 15
• Full proposal (if invited) due October 1
• Grant decision in November

Letters of Inquiry are accepted throughout the year, but must be received by 6:00pm February 15 or August 15 to be considered for that grant cycle.

If the deadline falls on a Sunday or postal holiday, the deadline is the close of next regular business day. Letters of inquiry or proposals that are received after the deadline for a particular round will be rolled over into the next round.

You may submit letters of inquiry via email to the executive director, or by regular mail. Proposals must be mailed; emailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted.
